LACS is a coworking space with several locations in Lisbon, Cascais and Porto, distinguished by the versatility of its offering.

 

In addition to coworking spaces, it provides private offices and event spaces, meeting the needs of companies, teams and independent professionals.

The project began with the definition and the implementation of the brand’s social media strategy. To support this process, we conducted an initial strategic analysis that highlighted LACS’s favorable market positioning, as it began operating at a time when competition in the sector was still limited — a competitive advantage the brand continues to leverage today.

Based on this analysis, we developed a social media strategy focused on strengthening brand awareness.

After identifying significant limitations in the brand’s website, we proposed the development of a new website.

Following approval, we conducted an in-depth analysis of national and international benchmarks within the sector, which served as the foundation for defining a clear and effective information architecture aligned with LACS’ business objectives. The new website was launched in 2025.

At a later stage, LACS also entrusted us with the management of its online advertising campaigns, with a particular focus on Google Ads. After one year of monitoring and managing these campaigns, the number of leads generated through the website increased by 30%.

The work developed by SOLOS also included regular participation in meetings with the LACS board. For these sessions, we contributed by collecting and presenting metrics related to the brand’s social media performance, online advertising campaigns and website analytics, as well as providing strategic and creative input to support the brand’s sustained growth.
